QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCE DETERMINATION: 2. Education: High School diploma/GED required, 4 year college degree preferred with an emphasis on Business or Healthcare related field or equivalent work experience. 3. License/Certifications: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) required, Certified Healthcare Access Management (CHAM) and/or Certified Patient Account Manager (CPAM) desirable. 4. Experience: 5+ years demonstrated experience in a hospital or physician practice revenue cycle environment required. Supervisory experience desirable. MAJOR FUNCTION: Responsible for supervising the day to day operations of Patient Access (PA) at the main hospital, and/or the Emergency Department, the Outpatient Care Center (OCC), and/or satellite offices.
